MRI 찍은 결과 나왔는데 해석 좀 부탁드립니다.

안녕하세요? 미국 시애틀에 살고 있는 남동생이 얼마전 왼쪽 어깨가 아파서 MRI 촬영을 하고 아래와 같은 결과를 받았습니다. 어떤 증상인지 좀 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다! MRI SHOULDER LEFT WO CONTRAST MRI LEFT SHOULDER, UNENHANCED CLINICAL HISTORY: Shoulder popped out of joint on 03/28/2014 COMPARISON: None TECHNICAL FACTORS: Axial, coronal, and axial oblique T2 fast spin-echo with fat-saturation, coronal T1 fast spin-echo, and sagittal T2 fast spin-echo imaging sequences were obtained of the left shoulder without administration of contrast. FINDINGS: ROTATOR CUFF: Normal BICEPS TENDON AND GLENOID LABRUM: There is a small and irregular appearing anterior labrum, suspicious for labral tear. The labrun and biceps tendon are otherwise normal. OSSEOUS STRUCTURES AND JOINT SPACES: There is an acute Hill-Sachs deformity with associated edema in the humeral head. Osseous structures are otherwise normal. Type 1 acromion process with mild lateral downsloping. MISCELLANEOUS FINDINGS: Small joint effusion. IMRESSION.
