MRI를 찍었습니다. 동네 정형외과에서는 큰 뱡원으로 가라고 해서... 판독서를 보냅니다. 만약에 수술을 한다면 비용은 대강 얼마나 들런지요! 알려주시기 바랍니다. RADIOLOGICAL REPORT Rt shoulder MRI TECHNIQUE : Fat-suppressed axial and oblique coronal T2 WI Oblique coronal proton, T1, sagittal WI. Findings Focal high signal intensity with irregularity is noted at tendon of supraspinatus and infraspinatus on T2 weighted image. Subdeltoid effusion is noted. Focal tear is suspected at superior labrum on coronal image. increased signal intensity is noted at infraspinatus muscle on T2 WI. There is small amount of effusion in glenohumeral joint. AC hypertrophy with high signal intensity is noted. Subcortical cyst is noted at humeral head. Otherwise, not remarkable. IMP 1. partial tear at supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendon. 2. Muscle strain at infraspinatus. 3. Tear at superior labrum, suspicious. 4. Small amount of joint effusion.시기 바람니다.
